It is composed of a living room with a large dining table for 4 and an equipped brand new kitchen with stoves, microwave, large fridge and all necessary to prepare meals. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the fully renewed bathroom with shower, sink, toilets and washing machine. A dressing is available in the apartement entry. Located on the 6th floor by the stair it overlooks the inside courtyard and thus offers great quietness. Linen, kitchenware and internet included. The surroundings are quiet with bakery, supermarkets and all convenient stores and restaurants / bars. Closest metro are Daumesnil or Dugommier (both on line 6) or Saint Emilion (line 14)
