Room was clean, and very warm, we did not even need to turn on the heat and that’s saying something for being in the middle of February. Blackout blinds and curtains worked 100%. Cheap and cheerful and worth it for a three day stay. They have an ironing room on the ground floor, a restaurant that serves breakfast, my only recommendation would be maybe a kettle, and some mugs in the room with some biscuits, tea, coffee etc, but France might do things differently from the UK
