Great location - walkable to dining and shopping. 10-15 min walk from the Louvre. Rooms were clean, fresh, very comfortable beds, duvets and pillows. Rooms were a little small, but expected. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Lyric Hotel were so accommodating! I forgot my adapter and they took care of the situation. I was created with a smile every time I walked in. I loved the coziness of a small hotel! The room was smallish but had a little balcony with a small table and chairs that was great. Breakfast was on the lower level- so no view, but tasty!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, breakfast is very good plenty of choice, facilities like the pool and steam room are worth a visit. We had a little hiccup with one of our rooms on arrival but Mary the manager resolved this and got the room changed the following day. Very happy

Beware of ground floor rooms.

Overall Ok, would’ve been great. However the first night of three. They had put me on the ground floor with two walls directly on a busy road. Also right next to the reception. I asked to move room immediately and was told no other rooms available. Then I was showed a smaller room, also on the ground floor right next to the lifts with no opening window. I declined. The 2nd and 3rd night I was moved to the 3rd floor. That was the type of room I had expected originally. If I had been in that room from the start and didn’t have the noisy unbearable first night. My overall stay would’ve been 4/5. The staff did what they could to move me which I appreciate, but I had to complain. Those ground floor rooms shouldn’t be rooms for the price being charged. It’s ridiculous really. I also wasn’t offered my complimentary bottle of wine for being gold member. I had to ask and received this after returning later that night. Sadly with no bottle opener so couldn’t drink it until the next day.

Wonderful reception at this hotel for our group! The staff were both welcoming and helpful, especially as we were many (12) in total, most English-only and here for their premier visit à Paris. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

Cute, smaller hotel walkable to many tourist attractions including the Louvre and to the metro. Many Japanese restaurants in the area, though not many places to eat beyond those. The room was fine, small, I had booked a room with a balcony and you had to step through a window to get to it, which was a bit awkward...and the view from the balcony was just okay...no city scapes or landmarks, etc. The staff were all very nice. Next time I'll likely try a different hotel in a different neighborhood.
