This is a one-bedroom unit with a separate living space that can double as a workspace or second bedroom (with a very comfortable pullout couch). The 38m2 apartment is located in one of Paris's most vibrant, diverse neighborhoods and is close to all amenities. This is a typical old Parisian apartment with its original wood flooring--expect quirks. This is our home, so please treat it with care and respect. This is non-smoking.
