The cabin was great. Bedrooms well kept and neat. Sleeps a lot of guests with the bedrooms, bunks and couches. One minor addition with that many people would be a small indoor washroom. I would recommend this cabin and vendor very high. God Bless and thank you

The home is well equipped with everything you can think of that you may need. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Despite the heat, the air conditioning kept the inside very comfortable. The air conditioning is in a living room window, so bedrooms had fans. The host is right down the road and very receptive to guest's needs. The street was so quiet and the area was beautiful for star gazing or animal looking. The location was close to many activities including Seneca Lake and the Windmill Farm and Craft Market. Everything functioned perfectly and my whole family enjoyed our stay completely! There is even a house next door that is rentable, which we took advantage of. The outdoor patios, and sitting areas were perfect, and we enjoyed outdoor charcoal grilling and a fire in the fire pit. We would definitely rent these locations again.

It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself.

Country gem

This was our third stay at this lovely farm house. It is rustic with many rooms, a fun bunk bed room that sleeps six kids and a large yard. We loved camp fires, running on the hilly country roads and visiting the Windmill Craft Market. Mary was excellent with contact and having everything ready for us. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend vacation

This property was perfect for what we had planned for the Labor Day weekend. It was cozy and in the perfect location to enjoy the Fingerlakes. The host was extremely helpful and wonderful to coordinate with. This stay was everything we could have asked for and if i find myself wanting to cone back i won't hesitate to rent this accommodation again.

Deceptively Big

Every year we have our "Guys weekend" and every year we worry about the weather being too wet or too cold to be outside. One of the outstanding features of this cabin is the deceptively large central room. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us to hang out inside all weekend and the weather did not impact our enjoyment at all. A great place to rent for any occasion.

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hoover cabin. It was clean and exactly what we needed as our home base while we explored the finger lakes with our kids. The bunk room was great for our littler ones! Mary was an excellent communicator, though we didn't have any issues during our stay. We highly recommend this cabin!
