Grandma Katie's Kottage is an ideal choice for families of all ages and outdoor enthusiasts. This charming vacation rental has been passed down through generations, and its original décor brings to mind the nostalgic memories of days gone by.

Upon entry you are welcomed into the galley kitchen. All the conveniences of home will be right at your finger tips! The open, airy layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room will allow your family to gather together for meals and conversation. The living room boasts a 50 inch flat screen television. The beautiful lake views can be enjoyed from both the dining and living rooms. Behind the kitchen is the first floor half bath, complete with commode and sink. This room also features a unique, child-sized bath tub.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen or double bed. The full bath on this level includes a shower stall, commode and sink.

The patio on the lakeside of the cottage offers comfortable furniture for relaxing and a raised fire pit. A gently sloping lawn leads down to 50 feet of natural lakefront, with a seasonal dock for fishing and sun bathing. For those with mobility concerns, the driveway leads right to the cottage door. A parking pad up at the road provides ample parking for additional vehicles.

During the day guests can stroll over to the Onley Place, where you can enjoy amazing hand dipped ice cream or a tasty lunch. Grandma Katie's Kottage is located in the heart of Keuka Lake Wine Country, with Barrington Wine Cellars a mere 500 yards from the house. Grandma Katie's Kottage is located perfectly centralized on Keuka Lake allowing easy access to Penn Yan and Hammondsport from Route 54.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
