Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them aware.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
AI Filters are being used in the advertisement. The wood is rotted and the building is quite old/delipidated . The electricity kept going off upstairs due to bad wiring. So it was very hot and unable to be cooled down. Some outlets worked some did not. The dishes had caked on dirt.
