Staff were not friendly at all; cordial, but not friendly or welcoming. Half the time they were in the phone and more invested on the caller than on their guests standing in front of them. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels and this was very disappointing.

For $200 a night, I got a mildew-scented room without a fridge or microwave. They charges me for parking, then charged me two more times. 4 miles from my room to the ice machine and ONE soda machine. Yes, it’s close to the airport, but for this price, there should be more amenities.
