Room was in good condition but even with heat to 80 degrees it was freezing all night. The staff was not that attentive and appeared unprofessional even when explaining things, at least when I checked in. As far as parking it was a ridiculous price for the price I paid to even stay there

We had a flight leaving at 6am it would have been nice to have a coffee or hot tea in the lobby while we waited for the shuttle. When asked they said the restaurant was the only place to get coffee and that early they were closed. The staff was polite and friendly. The room was clean. The tv did not work to get any channels.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had dinner in restaurant. Food was good and service was good, but the server had to be cafe server and bartender due to staff shortage. She did a fabulous job. Breakfast was a different story. No server showed up so off duty employee filled in as best he could. Simple breakfast of bagels and breakfast sandwich took over 30 minutes to serve.
