The room was clean and nice, the staff were friendly and the drinks downstairs were great. The only issues were the window that had a consistent whistling due to the wind, and the window not being sealed completely. Luckily the noise didn’t prevent us from sleeping, it was slightly annoying while we were awake however. Overall it was a great experience and I plan on coming back! I just hope they do something about the windows.

The furniture layout in the room was somewhat awkward, with the TV and drawer placed in the middle of the room, at the foot of the bed. However, the hotel was clean, safe, and the staff was friendly. I also liked the lobby, which was functional for the hotel guests.

First I would say if you would like a more quiet relaxing hotel, this would not be it. This location is a very lively hotel. They have parties down stairs in the lobby often and pool parties. So not a quiet hotel. But more of a fun environment and now I’m aware. My only problem was there was an issue with the building and the alarms went off multiple times that night. I stayed here for rest and relaxation. The alarm went off from 1am-4am. Due to this I did not get any sleep and had so much anxiety. Also, they did not update the guest on what was going on, it was very scary. While checking out I expressed my concerns and they stated the only thing they could do was give me a $150 credit. The room was about $400 a night smh I paid for rest and didn’t get what I paid for. I am very upset with the service.
