This modern villa offers a peaceful retreat complete with private heated deep pool, pool loungers, and expansive outdoor dining area for the ultimate chill vibe with the girls. Upstairs features a patio for guests to enjoy an out-of-the-way space, perfect for a moment of solitude under the stars or watching those drop-dead gorgeous and Insta-worthy Arizona sunsets.



Inside you’ll find the villa is just as stunning as it is poolside with the beautiful modern décor and thoughtfully arranged gathering spaces. Create your group meals in our gourmet chef’s kitchen that’s complete with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need.



This modern ranch is also perfect for families: those with infants can travel lighter with our available pack and play crib and highchair (complimentary upon request), and there’s fun for all ages to be had in our game room with pinball machine w/ 337 games, sit-down auto racing, foosball, ping pong, pop shot basketball, and more!



Pets are welcome for an additional $200 fee per pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can charge accordingly.



Plus, our city’s finest attractions are just minutes from your doorstep, including Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the McCormick Ranch Golf Course and more.



Your spacious backyard features:

• Our oversized, pebble finish diving pool with baja step. Bask in soaking chairs in the shallow end of the pool or diving and games in the deep end. (Pool can be heated upon request for a $100 per night fee in the colder months. The heated pool temperature is kept around 83 degrees, although the temperature may vary. Heating the pool is not usually needed in summer months. Please note, if the air temperature drops below 45 degrees, there is a chance that pool heating will not be available.)

• The large turf lawn, complete with multiple lawn games, will keep guest of all ages amused for hours.

• A grill and expansive outdoor dining area

Your gourmet-style chef’s kitchen includes:

• Enough pots, pans, and other cooking utensils to comfortably cook a meal for two or the whole crew.

• Coffee connoisseurs, you’ll find a fully-stocked automatic espresso and latte machine and a drip and pod coffee maker for all your coffee desires.

• Our state-of-the-art kitchen appliances include a huge 6-foot fridge, walk-in pantry, under-counter microwave, dishwasher, pot filler, oven, and gourmet cooktop.

• If you know in advance you will need a certain specialty cookware item, we can confirm whether we have it available for use before you arrive.



The home incudes an extensive indoor arcade room. Please note that our arcade games are an added perk of the home. Occasionally, they experience technical issues and we are at the mercy of technicians to fix them. We do our best to keep the machines working, and we sincerely apologize if you experience any issues. Please let us know if you find any machines out of order so we can work on fixing them ASAP.

Guests have access to the entire property. The main floor living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard, and both master bedrooms are accessible without stairs. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of your stay.



We will always be available to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay and will coordinate any in-person assistance you may require.



NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW

Our home is in an upscale neighborhood known as Park Scottsdale. The City of Scottsdale is famous for its beautiful outdoor attractions and exceptional golf courses, but that’s not all our city has to offer. You’ll also find a range of cultural experiences, family-friendly activities, and culinary hotspots. Some of the places you won’t want to miss during your stay in Scottsdale include the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, Butterfly Wonderland, TPC Scottsdale, Taliesin West, and the Scottsdale Wine Trail. ADDITIONAL NOTES:

We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking, and we may request a government-issued ID to confirm the identity of the person booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in al fine of $5,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. If neighbors have to call us or the police due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges. Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000. We charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. If any pets are brought to the home without our prior knowledge, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed. Please contact us directly for more details.



Please respect check in and check out times. You can request an early check in time, and we will accommodate if possible (for an additional $50 fee from 12 to 3 PM, and an additional $100 fee for 8 AM to 12 PM). Free luggage drop-off is available upon request. Requests for late check out will not be granted due to our professional cleaning crew that is scheduled to complete a full deep clean of the home between guests. Due to the size of the home, considerable time must be allocated to ensure everything is in mint condition before you arrive.



Our homes are meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home.



We have cameras actively recording the front entrance, the garage, and the back of the house. We have a noise monitor that reports sound levels to ensure we follow city ordinances and Vrbo rules but does not record audio. It notifies us at 75 dB (normal hours) and 70 dB (quiet hours).
