Welcome to our newly remodeled home in the heart of Scottsdale. Close to shopping, dining, and golf - you will be able to enjoy an adventurous day out on the town, or a relaxing day lounging at the private pool. Explore North Scottsdale!



The Space:

This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a stress free weekend exploring Scottsdale. Step outside into the private backyard oasis with your own pool, putting green, covered patio and a fire pit with seating area. This is the perfect entertaining space to enjoy a cup of coffee with your Keurig coffee maker in the mornings and make s'mores while watching the unforgettable Arizona sunsets.

Desert Paradise is the ideal holiday home to spend your vacation. There’s a large newly updated kitchen with a large kitchen island to prepare delicious meals. The professionally designed home has a bright, open floor plan with two amazing living areas and four spacious bedrooms.

This home is conveniently located to both Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, where you will find excellent dining options and some of the best shopping spots in Scottsdale. It's also situated near multiple renowned golf courses and hiking trails where you can fully enjoy everything the Valley of the Sun has to offer. This will be definitely a paradise to stay with while being home away from home.

Come stay at our home away from home for Barrett Jackson Auction or the Waste Management Open at TPC Scottsdale.

There is a charge for early check in and late check out. Please let us know if this is something you are interested in to accommodate your vacation travels.



Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.



Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.



Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.



Pool heat available for $100 a night, subject to management approval. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and is charged for the entirety of the stay.

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?

A. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home is located in North Scottsdale is quick, 20 minute drive to Old Town.



Q. How far is the home from the Airport?

A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 25 minutes away from Sky Harbor. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.



Q. Are there restaurants nearby?

A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short distance. Kierland Commons has access to many dining options and happy hours -- and is only a few minutes away from this property!



Q. What kind of coffee maker is in the home?

A. Our house has a Keurig brand coffee pot (does not have the single K-Cup option).



Q. Early check in or late check out?

A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees will apply. A late check out after 1 pm is the same as renting for another night. At this point we can no longer rent the house for that night and it is off the market. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.



Q. What is provided in the rental?

A. We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.

Spring break getaway

Our family, including two teenagers stayed at this property mid-March for 4 nights while in AZ for Spring Training. We loved the location - so close to so many great restaurants and shopping! The space was immaculate and well-arranged with entertainment space on one side of the house and bedrooms on the other. The backyard was fun too...kids loved the putting greens and would have enjoyed the pool more had it been warmer. We would stay again!

Very pleased

Great house to stay at, especially for a family. We loved the layout and the backyard was perfect for our son. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but the mini golf area was so fun along with the bonfire. The best collection of dishes, cups and cookware we have experienced in all of our vacation stays. Very clean and the snacks and water upon arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated after a long day of travel.

Nice Stay

It was overall a nice stay and I know how important reviews are to owners so these issues were not terrible. However for a 1k deposit you sort of expect perfection. There were no coffee pods, even though they did deliver some after we said something (we already went out and bought some). The screen door was off the track, the garage remotes didn't work, the breaker for the bathroom had to be flipped upon arrival. The second day the code did not work and someone had to give us a key instead of use the key pad. It was not user error as it was not working for the maintenance person either. Aside from these little issues, we had a nice time.

LOVED this property. The host has thought of everything. The home was immaculate and spacious. Outdoor mini golf and corn hole was fun for our group during downtime. Plenty of TVs and comfortable living spaces. Hope to stay again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Very much enjoyed Desert Paradise. Very clean, safe, and quiet. The communication process made everything run smoothly, and it's close to a lot of shopping and activities. Driving around Scottsdale is easy, so book with confidence. We stayed in early November, so I highly recommend having the pool heated.

Had a wonderful stay, lovely property. House is updated and had good quality linens. Master bed (the only one we used) was very comfy. One suggestion would be to have some basic staples for the kitchen- salt, pepper, sugar, foil, baggies- there was nothing at all. We travel a lot and stay VRBO often and are used to having basic needs like this at this price point. But even so, the kitchen is well stocked for cookware and appliances and grill was nice. The grill did run out of propane on first use and need a new propane tank, but it was provided, so that was great. Very nice property, would say again!

Well-maintained and Enjoyable Property

This is an excellent home for fun with your family or friends. Well maintained, great location and super clean. Only challenge which isn’t advertised is that you will be dealing with a property management company who are helpful but pushy with renting a van from them and have excessive fees for any of the extras. As long as you know that you’re not dealing with the owners directly you should be fine.

Great home for families/Close to everything

The home is bright and decorated nicely. The outdoor space is one of the big perks! Our family loved the outdoor pool, seating areas, putting green, pool (especially with the heat on). The home is in a great location for getting around Phoenix/Scottsdale. If we are back in the area again, we will look to rent the same property again.
