Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home, each bedroom with it's own flat screen television, chef's kitchen, pool table, large private tropical back yard with pool and spa, and grassy play areas including a playset. Also don't miss the roof deck for viewing our amazing painted sky sunsets. Property is approximately 3300 square feet with a 3 car garage on just over an acre of land. Set up to sleep 8.

This home exceeded our expectations! The layout of the home was both beautiful and functional. The kitchen was well organized and supplied. We loved cooking meals while watching others in the pool and hot tub. The yard was perfectly maintained, and views from the roof deck amazing! In most every instance, something could “have been better”, but that was not the case with this home. We enjoyed every minute

My family of six, all adults, enjoyed this home. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We loved that we could park both of our vehicles in the garage. Had use of the closets. Loved using the pool table, but bumpers seemed worn and a rip in the cloth on the table. The highlight was the pool. So clean which we loved. Plenty of Floaties and pool toys. This home has everything we normally need. Available cable TV in every room. There are always minuses to every Verbo Home. Some remote controllers did not work. Master shower floor had 3 thick strands of hair, and felt dirty on my feet. Air filter was clogged so we replaced it. Cabinets openings felt gooey, I tried cleaning some. Bird poop outside the master bedroom patio door and near the sliding glass doors. We felt that the home could be cleaned a little better. The home was not cooled when we arrived and took a few hours to cool down. The minuses are not enough to keep us from coming back to this home. It’s up there with our other favorite at pinnacle Peak Estates. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home and relaxing, day and night. We loved the deck on the roof. We asked for a heated pool, and it was perfectly heated! Great neighborhood. We had so much fun. Every one of us loved this home!

House is beautiful but it needs a major deep clean. So much dust the stack above the stove is just caked in dust bunnies and grease. All the curtains, fixtures just dusty. Patio had bird or rat poop stuck on the tile so my husband and I tried to scrub it but avoided using the Arcadia doors because of it.

Stunning pool and backyard

The house was well maintained and the backyard/pool was a dream. Beds are comfortable. Home is spacious and had many extra items if you happen to forget something. Owner is very quick to respond to any issues. Location is near lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely come back in the near future.

The house was perfect for relaxing around the pool after golf. We took advantage of outdoor space for several family meals. House located in a quiet area and has everything you could possible need. Host were very easy to communicate with. We will be back since our youngest now lives in Scottsdale.

Clean, kid friendly home

It’s always hard finding a place that you feel welcome with your babies and toddlers. This home has two pack and plays, a high chair, a jumper and an entire closet full of toys and games. The house was perfectly clean, had plenty of towels and anything you would need in the kitchen. The pool is gorgeous and the house is so comfortable to be in. Thank you for sharing with us!!

Galz Getaway

We were looking for a quiet area/home to enjoy and spend time relaxing and lounging in the pool. That is exactly what we did in this beautiful home. We ate most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The owners responded quickly to our minor questions which was much appreciated. Beautiful house

Beautiful home. Well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The grandkids had a blast with all the toys provided. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.
