The host interaction was good. There were several things that were not what I expected: 1. The cleaning crew was in the unit for over an hour after 3:00 check-in and they left all of the doors (front, back and garage) open which let in a bunch of mosquitos. We had mosquitos in our rooms for days afterward and were bitten to pieces. The jacuzzi is smaller than it looks in the pictures (too small for two adult males for sure) and didn't work properly the first day. I was pleased that the host responded quickly to this and fixed it. However, the temperature could not be set above 101 or it shut off the heater. There was no chlorine in the floating dispenser in the jacuzzi, so we had to purchase some. I don't expect a full spice rack in the kitchen, but salt and pepper is expected. There was a salt and pepper shaker, but both were empty. Overall, other than the mosquito bites and the delay in getting into the house, the unit was clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils.

A wonderful rental. We are from New England and have rented via VRBO many times, but previously only on the east coast, and this was our first southwestern rental. There is no way we could have rented a property this nice on the east coast at this price - the cost would have been two or three times what we paid. If we find ourselves in the Scottsdale area again (and we hope to do so), we will absolutely rent this place again if available.

The pool was great but a railing to get in & out is needed. Also, the outdoor furniture could stand a good cleaning and/or replaced.We were unable to use the ceiling fan in the living room because the remote was missing - we did advise them & they were going to work on that & hopefully get it taken care of for the next guests.Also, the plug for one of the bathroom drains was missing. That seemed odd & not sure how the cleaning crew would not have noticed that. We did not mention that as it really wasn’t a big deal.Overall, it was a really nice place!

The location was new to us, but really liked it. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the pool. The layout worked great for 2 couples. Each couple had a king bed and bathroom separated by the living areas

A beautiful home away from home. Beds were comfortable and the little extras were great. Don't go for groceries until you check it out. Paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish cubes, and laundry soap were provided. We enjoyed the pool everyday! Quiet neighborhood. Management company was quick to respond.Go, enjoy it

Overall wonderful

Great stay overall! They were quick to respond to messages and help us with the couple little things that came up. Heating the pool does cost an extra 70 a day which we did not realize. The hot tub is a little small but that’s about all I have negative to say at all! We will be back!

The property was great and was the perfect location. Was easy to visit everything in Scottsdale. We paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Hot tub worked but is quite small. Overall great stay with no hiccups.

Almost Perfect

The house was perfect for Grand Parents/ parents and grand children, the Dual master suites wer nice and the home was clean and well suited to our needs. The pool and yard were wonderful we had issues with the pool heater but were fully reimbursed for the heating charge s overall it was just about perfect and we will plan for a redo soon!!!
