reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

☀️ All outdoor lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM from Monday through

prior to the guest's check-in to ensure proper preparation. Heating must be

Eight of us have stayed at this property a couple times now for a guys weekend golf trip. This is a great property, plenty of space, clean, and well stocked. The outdoor space and pool/hot tub are a nice as any place we have stayed.

Great location in the southwest valley. Loved all the rooms and the heated swimming pool and hot tub and pool table. Super property that the entire family enjoyed thoroughly.

Disappointing Experience.Our extended family travels yearly to AZ for sunshine and pool time over the Thanksgiving holiday (typically the best week of the year for the 7 kids under 13). We pre-paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated and were very disappointed to find them both ice cold without a functioning heater. Although this was escalated upon arrival and troubleshooting techniques performed per RedAwning direction, they never worked. We called local pool maintenance companies and each stated they could send a tech that day but RedAwning assured us that they had escalated this as urgent/first available but nobody ever showed up during our 5 day stay. We requested to be relocated with no luck. RedAwning's AI generated communication made all of this incredibly frustrating and feeling like we got nowhere. Same with the calls.Bedrooms: Good sleeping arrangements for large family. Scarce bedding/extra blankets.Bathrooms: Lots of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soaps as there are none. Laundry: Nice washer/dryer, detergent and dryer sheets.Kitchen: Nice, full functional kitchen, some drawers/dishes were dirty. Old food in the cabinets (loaves of bread and expired condiments, for example). Outdoor grill/patio: The grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after months of use. Worked well once we cleaned it. We appreciate the partial refund. Nice house with potential for a fun experience.
Careful with chairs on patio. Recommend replacing the drain cover for this slot.

Great home for a golf getaway

Eight of us (all 50) stayed here for a 4 day golf getaway. The house was great, fully stocked, and just how it looked in the pictures. Plenty of space, beds, bathrooms, etc. We had a little mix up at first with getting on the wifi and hot tub heating the but the host's communication with us to get is resolved was terrific. We have stayed in several similar homes for this same trip in the past and this was probably the best for our purposes. Will definitely look to stay here again.

What a disaster - STAY AWAY

This place was a complete disaster. no Hot water for the first 2 days, unwashed sheets, thin towels, broken microwave, broken chairs, dirty pool, the entire place was filthy. We were stuck without hot water as VRBO tried to work out the problems with the owner. after several days it was worked out but after our holiday was ruined. I would avoid this place at all costs. I don't know what house the previous reviewers, reviewed but it was not this place.

Family getaway

The house is beautiful and very spacious! We fit 6 adults and 3 kids with space still available. There was one hiccup, the secret gameroom did have some popcorn on the floor but the communication was speedy and great! The outdoor area was amazing and so much fun for the entire family. I will say I was not expecting the pool to be that deep but everyone loved that it was! Overall great experience in such a beautiful place!

Family Get Together

This was a great place for our family get together. Kids were in heaven with the pool. There was so much space there was no tripping over each other and no waiting gor bathrooms. Would ddfinately rent again.
