Property is under renovations so there was construction noise from rooms. Room was "surface" clean. Long black hair in the sink, dirt and dust on floor, and other areas.

They have bugs in the room and when you complain about it they will not try and refund your money you will have to jump through hoops and they still will not give you a full refund

This property is a remodeled Best Western. I stayed in Room 327. This room is in an unfortunate location. The main entrance to the lobby is right below, the elevator is right behind the wall where the bed's headboard is situated and the entrance to the hall corridor from the outside is adjacent. The noise level from guests entering and exiting, as well as from the scraping elevator doors, was excessive. I asked to change rooms several times during the stay, and was put off with the comment that "The hotel is full", even though I was there for 4 nights and people were coming and going. The default is no housekeeping during the stay. Room cleaning and/or fresh supplies can be requested from the front desk. The complimentary continental breakfast is low quality, store brand baked goods and cereal. (There were usually fresh oranges available, thank goodness). On the positive side, the room was well cleaned upon check-in and well appointed: mini-fridge, large flat screen TV, free WiFi, in-room coffee maker. Bed was comfortable, and there was a generously sized parking lot. I did not swim, but guests with kids seemed to be enjoying the pool. If I ever stay here again, I will specify a quiet room.

This property was acceptable for a one-night stay as we passed through Phoenix, but I wouldn't have wanted to be there any longer. There was construction fencing around the entire building. The patios were dusty. The rooms were average, clean beds fairly comfy...but the bathroom was old and had not been cleaned thoroughly. And the property is right in the glide path of flights landing at Skyview airport, which created a lot of unwanted noise during our stay. Based on what we saw in the area, there are a lot of better choices for hotels and we will explore them on our next trip to the area.

I booked 2 rooms from this hotel. 1 room was inside; it was ok. The 2nd room was on the outside - doors look beat up - this2nd room was not updated. It had stains on the wall. I tried to get moved; they did not have any other rooms . So we kept the inside room. My family had issues with the key card working. The staff member tried to help; offered to clean the walls. So we cancelled 1 room and kept the inside room as itwas better,

I enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The room was standard and clean. There is plenty of parking onsite. Also if you walk down the street, there are lots of restaurants. There's a Starbucks less than 100 feet away. The motel is under construction but this didn't really interfere with our stay. Noisy at times with planes from the Scottsdale airport flying overhead. All in all, we would stay there again.

Website pics are nicer than the property. A little noisy. My bed and linens were nice. Too chilly to check out the pool. It looked nice though. I would come back because of the price and my bed but I wouldn't want to hang out here

Construction was happening here, making it unclear where the entrance was, or even how to enter the parking lot. Temporary signage would be very helpful for tired travelers. Other than that, it was a very nice stay, with a top notch desk employee.

Shower needs safety bars. The green being used outside is terrible ugly. Stick with Grey and white. Beds need good solid mattresses. I have trouble navigating stairs and the building has only one elevator with a lot of walking to find your room.

This was a well furnished and clean place. Great for the $. It was a little loud due to location and I only gave 3 stars for the property because there was construction all around it. The place was most likely and old motel being renovated so I’m sure it’s just getting a face lift

This hotel was not clean. I learned the maids are expected to clean 30 rooms each per day! Thats ridiculous, I know, Ive done it. A white tub, caulked with brown caulking and faucet that I couldnt turn off. Parking lot cleaners that blew dirt and landscape rocks all over our cars! Employees try hard, owners evidently suck! Its WAY OVERPRICED. Irented from you at 118.00 a nite for 2 nites. I got charged 125 and 137 second night. YOU, OWE ME MONEY. And YOUR SITE lists NO PH#S to reach anyone if theres an issue!

Arrived a couple hours after checkin, was told my room still wasn’t ready, so was forced to take another room or wait at least another hour, drain in bathtub would not drain, asked front desk about calling maintenance and she said “all the rooms do it, all they will do is come pour some stuff down your drain.” Felt like I was an “inconvenience” for asking for more towels. Breakfast was very limited and by the time I got to the breakfast, (around 8am) everything except the cold cereal was gone and apparently that’s it for the muffins, no more to restock with. Not a great experience. Won’t be staying here again.
