No party's, birthday party's or large gatherings are permitted at this property. Scottsdale has a strict ordinance against parties or nuisance gatherings at vacation rentals. If the goal is to throw a bash, please move on from this listing as this is a non-negotiable.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS

*POOL HEAT:
Additional $65 per day to heat the pool if requested. This must be requested and paid for at the time of booking . The heat will be active for the length of your stay. We suggest for a comfortable swim temperature to choose the pool heat option for travel dates in Oct-May 31st. During the winter months the pool will have a pool cover to retain the heat at night, it's just a push of a button to remove or cover.

POOL LIGHT:
LED color changing light is activated at sundown & will put on a show.

SPA:
We have a new above ground 6-person spa that works around the clock. Will be active no matter what, at no charge.


WIFI:
Blazing Fast Eero Mesh WIFI7 router that even works outside by the pool.

RAPTOR ARCADE ROOM:
Foosball table, Connect 4, Arcade machine and Star Wars digital pinball machine, which is quite addicting. Bring some quarters for the old school candy machine!

" Alexa, turn on the Arcade Lights!" This turns on the neon Pacman & retro led lights!

CINEMA/GAME LOFT:
Sonos sound powers this room. Theater seating with USB plugs and led lighting. 60+classic Sega Genesis video games, board games, yoga mats, puzzles, books, DVD’s for kids of all ages!

FOODIES:
Weber grill with propane for cooking & stocked spices.

CLEANING:
We have mandated an extensive sanitation & cleaning process.
