The check in process was a nightmare, cutting into our quality time, and left a bad taste in our mouths on Valentine's day. Not sure what went wrong with preparations and timing but this stay did not meet our expectations and what we were hoping would be a redeeming Hilton experience turned out to be the opposite. 1 star each for friendly staff by the pool/housekeeping and the nice rooms. Misses out on 3.

Room great, Staff Ok? Front desk person what the local news channels were. Had to get maintenance guy to come up to show us. Great guy!! Hotel location is terrible! Sounds like we're in the infield of the Indy 500. Loud mufflers heard untill 11 PM at night. For $600. per night one shouldn't have to have breakfast in a cafeteria!

Beautiful hotel… The rooms were nice and roomy and cut out appropriately. The parking is easy and it’s great because it’s right next to the mall if you need to shop. The restaurants in the hotel are also delicious!

The room was clean and the staff was very nice, however the musician downstairs was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves talk. Also, it took FOREVER to get hot water to the bathroom sink without turning on the faucet AND the shower to wash up at 10:00 at night. Kinda not a good thing in a place that has a water shortage.

Staff was not inviting I was coming from California for a job walk in the morning at fashion square. I was wearing my work cloths but I wasn't dusty or dirty. I asked for a room and was told sorry they are completely sold out. I would have to get a penthouse suite if I got a room. Probably because they thought I couldn't afford it. I didn't want that sense I was just going there to sleep and wake up at 5am to head to an upcoming construction project. I was told the hotel down the road would be the next place to check, I walked out then figured I should check because I got the feeling they were fibbing the room availability to me. And what do you know I checked on Expedia and booked a room I also went on the hotels website and saw they had 8 rooms available. We stayed here last week and I will be coming back in February to start the job but will probably look at other options as I was not thrilled about my experience. Last week when we stayed it was different yet I was wearing nice cloths that time.
