    We had a wonderful stay at "Steps to Old Town** Private Pool/SPA Infrared Sauna**Golf" in Scottsdale. Herb was an exceptional host, so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind from start to finish. The home truly has everything you could possibly need and more.The outdoor space is fantastic, with a fabulous pool and hot tub, plus the added bonus of both a sauna and an infrared sauna, such a luxury! The location couldn’t be better: an easy walk to Old Town, great coffee spots, restaurants, and shopping.This place really feels like resort-style living in a private home. I highly recommend this vacation property and would absolutely stay here again!

    We rented Herb’s place for a family Thanksgiving getaway. It was just what we needed. The house was exactly as advertised! It was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and the heaters on the patio for when the nights were cooler. The hot tub was excellent and my kids spent hours in the pool. The house was also in a nice location and very walkable to Old Town. 100% recommend!!!

    This was by far the greatest experience we have ever had with a VRBO. There was constant communication with us before, during and after our stay. The house was perfect.     Close to downtown Scottsdale in a quiet neighborhood. This place is very well stocked and made for fun family get aways. There is a great, but small pool with a basketball hoop, perfect for very competitive games of horse! The corn hole took up most of the afternoon and into the evening! The rooms are comfortable and the primary has a fantastic sauna and red light therapy. The use some leave some policy is wonderful. Spices and other staples were there and greatly appreciate! We used some and left some! Booking was nothing short of 5 star. Herb responds quickly! This is a great stay!! Thanks a ton!

    Amazing place

    Our group of 10 loved the property which had every amenity we needed. The location was great and within easy walking (and scooter) distance of Old Town bars and restaurants. We spent a lot of time in the backyard watching games and hanging out. We will definitely stay again!

    Wonderful home, location and communication!

    Everything was wonderful! Our host was attentive and helpful and the home was well equipped and appointed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. We were within easy walking distance to everything Old Town has to offer without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle.

    Run to rent this house!!! My 5 college girlfriends and I rented this house for a long reunion weekend. All I can say is WOW! The house is beyond comfortable and clean. It literally has everything you could possibly want. The host was beyond great!The house was everything we dreamed of and more—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly stocked with everything we could need. The location was unbeatable, close to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. There is even a Barre exercise class two blocks away. The neighborhood felt extremely safe.The amenities were next-level fun: a stunning backyard with a pool and hot tub, plenty of seating for lounging, and even games cornhole to keep us entertained. The kitchen and bar were a dream, fully equipped for cooking and cocktail-making. The beds were super comfortable, and the layout gave everyone enough space to relax.It truly felt like a private resort, and every detail was thought through to make our stay perfect. We laughed, lounged, and created so many memories. Highly recommend this house for anyone planning a fun, relaxing getaway with friends!”
