Kitchen / Dining Area

The spacious kitchen has been totally renovated and features new granite counter tops, refinished cabinets, S/S appliances, a large breakfast bar and pantry. It is fully equipped with all new china, cutlery, pots & pans and a variety of small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot) for your convenience. The dining area is situated off the kitchen and features a new dining table with seating for four. The dining area has lovely views of the outdoor. The large windows and oversized patio doors to the private backyard allow ample natural light to permeate throughout the home.

Living Room

Ample seating for 6 people, the large vaulted room is open to the kitchen and dining area offering a luxurious and cozy environment, including a built-in fireplace, arched doorways and large windows. Features include brand new, top quality leather furnishings and accessories. There is a 55” HD TV mounted on the wall to watch a movie on Netflix or HULU TV. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available as well.

Master Suite

This spacious master bedroom is situated on one wing of the home for added privacy. Overlooking the private backyard is a beautiful bay with oversized patio doors and large windows for the ideal sitting area with a comfy table and two cozy chairs. The master suite offers a new king size bed (exclusive Serta mattress designed by Hilton), dresser, walk-in closet and another 55” HD TV with all the same amenities. The master bathroom has new quartz counter tops, double sinks and a private room for the water closet, shower and garden soaking tub.

Two Additional Bedrooms & Bath

These two bedrooms are situated in a separate wing at the front of the home with white plantation shutters for ultimate privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms have queen size beds (exclusive Serta mattress designed by Hilton) and have been newly furnished and accessorized and have ample storage. The adjacent bathroom includes a bath / shower combination and single vanity sink.

Laundry & Linens

A separate room houses new full-size washer and dryer. Our home is supplied with all your linen needs. All bedding and towels are of excellent quality. Pool towels are also included.

Private Backyard

The beautiful and spacious backyard offers total privacy – the perfect place for relaxation and rest! Furnished with an outdoor patio with dining table / umbrella and 6 matching chairs. Cook up some surf & turf on the built-in grill to serve the outdoor dining area, then relax into the evening around a cozy built-in firepit. Additionally, there is a covered patio area off the back of the home which provides plenty of shade complete with another table and 4 chairs. The backyard is maintenance free and is serviced on a monthly basis by our landscaper.

Garage

There is a 2-car garage for our guest’s use, with plenty of room to store your vehicles, golf clubs and any additional items you want safely secured.

This community is kept in immaculate condition and the amenities are numerous! Conveniently located within this gated resort-style community are the following: Las Sendas Spa & Fitness Center; numerous parks and trails; 2 large heated swimming pools with hot tubs and ample patio seating in comfortable lounge chairs, or under covered ramadas; splashpad for the kids, tennis / basketball / volleyball / and pickleball courts abound; bocce ball; Picnic areas with covered ramadas and barbecues; baseball & soccer fields.

Location, location, location – With easy highway access, so many destinations are under a 30-minute drive: Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, Westworld, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor International Airport, Spring Training, Top Golf, OdySea Aquarium, Talking Stick & Arizona Casinos, Phoenix Open Golf Tournament and the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction.
There is a reason why a lot of professional golfers live in Arizona -executive golf courses abound! When you stay in our home you will be within minutes of 2 great courses, Las Sendas and Longbow. Las Sendas Golf Club, voted one of the TOP 10 best places in America to play golf by Golf Magazine! This Robert Trent Jones II designed course has something for everyone. The Las Sendas Golf Club hosts wedding facilities, a reception center, conference center and three restaurants that overlook the city lights. The award-winning Longbow Golf Club was honored as one of the “TOP 100 resort courses in the country” and ranked as “One of the TOP 20 Best courses you can play in Arizona by Golfweek Magazine! In addition, there are dozens more within a short 15-minute drive.
The nearby Usery Mountain Recreational Area offers hiking and biking trails, archery and picnicking. Mountain biking and cycling are among the many options in this area. The park ranger offers free scheduled guided tours and desert nature seminars on a regular basis. The Superstition Mountain Range and Lost Dutchman State Park are close by and provide magnificent scenery and great opportunities for horseback riding, hiking and picnicking.
An abundance of wildlife awaits as you take a short drive into the diverse environment of the Sonoran Desert and Tonto National Forest. Wild Mustangs, Big Horn Sheep, Bobcats, Javelinas, Jack Rabbits and Roadrunners can be seen as you drive along the Salt River on your way to Saguaro Lake; or better yet take a relaxing float down the river with Salt River Tubing and enjoy the beautiful Arizona mountains, canyons and sunsets.
If you love water, then Saguaro Lake is a “must see” offering motorboat, kayak and pontoon rentals as well as a beautiful beach for swimming. Daily narrated cruises on the Desert Belle are available and there is a restaurant overlooking this magnificent lake.
The beautiful and dramatic Canyon Lake also offers all these amenities and daily cruises on the Dolly and is a scenic 40-minute drive.
If baseball is your thing, then the new Mesa Sloan Park is just minutes away and is the new Spring training ground for the Chicago Cubs. Mesa is in the heart of Arizona’s Cactus League Spring Training – with the opportunity to watch more than 200 major league baseball games in just 30 days.
