Enjoy all Scottsdale has to offer in this spacious, upscale 5 Bedroom vacation home packed with amenities and ideally located in North Scottsdale.

Enjoy Arizona outdoor living in the backyard with newly surfaced PebbleTec heated pool, hot tub, putting green, fire table and mature lush landscaping all around.

Relax in one of two living rooms both equipped with a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV. Sleep soundly in one of five well-appointed bedrooms each with a new bed (ten total beds). The double bunk bed room is a huge favorite of kids. Four bedrooms and the bar also each have their own Samsung Smart TV. In total, there are seven TV's and of course free WiFi.

Cook meals in the remodeled, open kitchen or KitchenAid BBQ outside. Eat in the formal dining room, breakfast nook, or large outside table on the patio. Don't forget your morning coffee from the Keurig or traditional coffee maker.

Play shuffleboard, foosball, pool or practice your golf game on the putting green outside. You can entertain from behind the bar or join the fun for board games and sports on TV in the bar area. If Basketball is your game, the heated pool and front driveway each have a hoop.

What a great house. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lots of places to hang out and relax. We loved the pool table, the putting green and the spacious kitchen and living room. Rooms were big and plenty big enough for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay with Friends

Stayed with 3 other friends and their sons at the Beverly House for an extended trip including golf and a hockey tournament. The house was perfect. Plenty of room and activities to keep both the parents and boys entertained. Played hours of billiards which was a hit with the boys. Hot tub was great and pool was heated to a perfect temp for January. Location was also great. Would definitely recommend.

Had an Amazing time at the property with our large family. Everything went smooth and they were very accommodating with some of our requests. The kids never got bored and spent hours swimming in the heated pool. Definitely plan on recommending to friends and heading back someday.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This was an A+ property from top to bottom. Great location, great size and amenities. Fantastic communication from the host ad check-in/check out was an absolute breeze. The house itself was stunning and the space was amazing. Pool was warm enough so we could swim at night and the hot tub was a loved feature too. If you’re debating between a few places like we were, this one will not disappoint!

Perfect home for all ages

We loved our stay at this home. The host was great at communicating. The home had everything we could need for 5 families. The teens loved the pool and indoor activities. The location was ideal for shopping, entertainment, and a very safe neighborhood with plenty of parking.

Amazing Rental

We had a lot of fun in this spacious home. There are 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas which accommodated our family of 14. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and putting green outdoors, and the pool table and other games indoors. Beds were comfortable!
