Parking is no longer an issue!! One off-street parking spot in the driveway:-) This beautiful apartment in a prime location with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and ability to sleep 6!! Of course, to top it off, we at GroupStay continue to provide the excellent experience for our guests providing all amenities and excellent customer service. We take pride in our communication and your comfort is our mission!

The Space:
Hello and welcome to our GroupStays City-Themed 3rd floor apartment! We have provided the essentials like towels, linens, soaps, and more for your stay. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, work, and close friends. Super walkable to Pittsburgh's oldest park, coffee shops, and local restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located walking distance to PNC Park, Heinz Field, Rivers Casino, Stage AE, and other venues (.25 to .75 miles). In fact, you can see Heinz from the window!

The entire space is newly renovated with all new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked (with kitchen supplies, coffee, not food). Cook and eat with friends while watching your favorite Netflix shows in the living and kitchen area! Relax in the living room or play games as a group! Plenty of natural lighting and the Internet is provided and secure. This space could be an overnight stay or for an extended stay. Truly appreciate and enjoy the overall best Pittsburgh stay!

Please NOTE: There are 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds. The 2 twin beds located in each room along with the queen bed. 6 total beds.

Parking: One off street parking space on the side, and free on street parking for additional cars!

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the place 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Neighborhood:
We can't wait to share our custom guidebook with our recommendations for you! We will make sure you have the best experience yet! It is a few streets from one of Pittsburgh's largest parks which host many events including the farmer's market on Fridays in the summer/fall. Within walking distance of many local restaurants, pubs, shops, and cafes. Come and enjoy!

Getting Around:
I personally recommend uber, as it is the safest and most convenient way to travel in Pittsburgh. However, there are countless bus stops nearby for public transportation

To get downtown, we are very close to the Heinz "T" stop, which is Pittsburgh's Train solution to get downtown!

Other Things to Note:
- 1 parking spot and lots of on street parking
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor
- There is a Bar and Restaurant on the first floor

Great place for a football weekend with friends

Just perfect for our group of 4 people visiting Pittsburgh for a Pitt game. Short walk to the stadium, free parking. The bar in the same building makes amazing drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Pittsburgh!

We really enjoyed staying here on our family trip Summer 2024. The stairs were as expected- a bit skinny and up 3 floors, but as expected and not a problem at all! There is a small landing after the first flight of stairs which gives you a chance to put luggage down or get a breath if needed. Appliances were in tip-top shape and the unit was very well cleaned. Location was great- some restaurants and 7-11 within easy walking distance. This would be an AWESOME place to stay for an NFL or MLB game. The ceilings, especially in the 2nd bedroom, show some age but that did not detract from our stay. I would recommend this location in Pittsburgh!

Handprints/stairs

The only thing that was improperly advertised was the steepness of the stairs
..it’s more than two flights of stairs, it’s three (to the third floor) And because of the age of the building they were originally built steep. This should be mentioned in the advertising. Also, although everything else was clean and orderly, there were dirty handprints on the walls, smears of dirt on the walls. Those are my only complaints, but otherwise the place is terrific. Beds are comfortable, decor is nice, tavern below is nice if you just wanna chill out one night and not have to drive, easily accessible, parking is easy, quiet neighborhood, can’t hear the neighbors, felt safe, gps navigation is correct
..you out in the address and it brings you to the correct place everywhere in the area, parks are nearby and well maintained, it’s a relaxing place to stay. All of the accessories are working and in good order. I know the host can’t help this but the cable just froze and jumped around, but we have Netflix and used our account. The tv has a lot of access to different programs (remember to Log out). Communication with the host was adequate,. We had a good time and didn’t feel like our host was overbearing.

The property was great for our needs. Plenty of sleeping options for the 5 of us. Grateful for the 2 full baths. The main living/kitchen area was perfect for our group size and needs.
