"Friendly staff, very clean and neat hotel"

"We visited the University of Pittsburgh, and staying at this hotel was the best decision. The next day, we were just a 5-minute walk from the admissions office. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The lobby was bright and modern, with a great atmosphere, and all the staff were very friendly. We had breakfast at the restaurant, and everything was delicious. The only downside was that there were only two servers working, so we had to wait quite a while to be served. Everything else was excellent."

"This is a good place to stay. They have Tesla Level 2 charging onsite. This was my second time staying here and both times they was a person constantly checking and refreshing the breakfast area. They start breakfast at 4AM to cater to early flights. Staff is always nice. Room was clean. Walkable to Sheetz for 24/7 food. Walmart is probably walkable too. If I'm out that way and need a place to stay, they are my number 1. "

"We loved our stay at the Sheraton! Although the room type we booked was over booked they called on our way into town and more than made up for the downgrade in room type with free parking, Clipper tickets for the game and dropped the rate. We still had a stunning view and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to get back!"
