The facility was very sketchy and downtrodden. The day we received a notification that the pool and hot tub were out of order. My husband has a bad back and was looking forward to the spa in the morning. I think they just do this so they don't have to maintain it. This is not the first LaQuinta at which this has happened. The beds were just ok, but the sheets wouldn't stay on, and the stained mattress kept showing. The Breakfast was pitiful: some horrible scrambled eggs, greasy paper-thin bacon, 3 containers of yogurt, 3 oranges, and a half loaf of white bread. Breakfast is the easiest meal to do well, but inexpensively. I would say 3 strikes for this chain as this is inot my firs tpoor experience.

I arrived at just after midnight (flight was late) and was only staying the one night. I arrived and the counter person told me that they have no hot water and could cancel my reservation. I wasn't about to go looking for a new hotel at 12:30 at night so stayed. No shower. The room was also very, very cold when I got into it. It was a place to sleep. Nothing more. A bit disappointing because I had good stays there before.

I recently stayed at this hotel in their deluxe suite and was extremely disappointed. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, including the ceiling fan with 1/2inch of dirt on it . The carpet was dirty hasn’t been vacuumed for the longest time and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillows. After I complained, they changed my room, but the second room was just as bad—filthy and unacceptable ceiling fan had just as much dust and the carpet was just as dirty It was a terrible experience the sofa bed was so dirty and also undone sheets wrapped up and shoved in. I do not recommend staying here it is NOT HEALTHY The pictures showing on their site are false advertising Do not believe what you see I took pictures of everything from both rooms.However, I do want to acknowledge that Daniel front desk, was very understanding friendly and cooperative, and I respect that. The general manager of this hotel should make a little bit more effort and check his property before he delivers it to families and clients.

The bed was hard as a rock. Woke up with body feeling sore. Went to shower and there was no hot water. My husband and myself both work at a hospital and we had to use the microwave to heat up cups of water to wash up with. Not a good experience.
