Not worth the money

The pool was closed. the ice machine on our floor was broken. When I sat down on the arm chair in our room, the seat cushion collapsed almost onto the floor (I am not that heavy). And there were only two bath towels, one hand-towel and one washcloth for a room with two guests. The place had a generally run-down feeling.But the bed was very comfortable

Elevator spa and pool broken or out of service. 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. People randomly left garbage on my truck in parking lot. People partying outside in parking lot at 10 pm noisy.Weirdo guy with yellow sneakers walking in circles around parking lot at all hours it seems gives creepy vibes. This hotel sucks.

The eggs for breakfast are not real eggs. The presentation looks more like a yellow cake without frosting. Otherwise our stay was very good. We will stay here again next time we are in Plattsburgh. Thank you.

Pleasant Surprise

I usually stay at the Fairfield Inn, however they jacket up the price, so I was will to try La Quinta. 1/2 the price for basically same room, and a better breakfast offer. I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan on being back.

I appreciate the opportunity to talk the receptionist into permitting early check-in, considering the advertised pool/hot tub were unavailable. The room was dirty, the showerhead spit lukewarm water in every direction but forward & the tv just flickered over and over again.

Needs an upgrade- not worth the price of stay

This hotel needs to be renovated. They are charging similar prcies to nearby hotels with wonderful ratings. $140 for a hotel that needs to do better with cleaning, amenities, and general property condition is not reasonable. I cut my stay short after one night and went to the nearby Best Western that while a few dollars more, was wonderfully renovated,

I got bug bites all over my lower legs. Not sure if it was fleas or what but it was uncomfortable and I did not sleep well at all.
