"The front staff was great but the room was not the most well kept by the cleaning staff. I’m not sure if the property was overbooked but the pillows smelled/dirty and the bed wasn’t done properly. Amenities were also missing from the room (face towels etc). We expected a little better as this is a luxury brand hotel (compared to other hotels of the same tier). Otherwise it was good"

"The rooms are spacious and renovated and clean but balcony is dated, dirty and no chairs. The pool is small. Just enough to get wet and cool off, but it would be hard for a family to have kids play in it for a swim as it is too crowded once 4 people are in it. Only 10 minute walk to mutiple metro stations."

"The hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is about the parking. The hotel charges $30@ night, and it’s added to your bill at check in. And You have in/out parking. However the garage is very small and parking for the hotel is very limited and you are not guaranteed a space when you go out and return. This means you have to find a space on the street. And street parking is very limited as well. If you do get a space in the garage you should leave your car there until you check out. Getting a cab for getting around in the city for is much easier."
