"We are a family of 2 adults and two teenage kids. The hotel was in the old city, very near hardly few minutes from grand bazar and around 5-7minutes from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Cistern. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and hlepful. Both Shahnawaz and Burhan went over and above to support our trip. They accomodated last minute changes and helped us in making a plan to see various sites in Istanbul and around. I highly recommend the hotel specially due to the extraordinary service of Shahnawaz and Burhan."
