The theme of the hotel was interesting, but it felt like the cleanliness of the hotel was not the best. The rooms are pretty tight together, so we could hear our neighbors coming in and out. We were only there for one night, but we wanted to shower and the water pressure was barely a trickle. The location is pretty good though.

By mistake I arrived a day early than my booking date, the receptionist helped me to book room for the early date and assured me that I will be staying in the same room for my next three nights booking. She was so courteous and helpful, later I had some food to put in refrigerator and she arranged that too and when I needed some ice she went extra mile to get me some I ice just to have her hotel customer satisfied. Before leaving hotel I asked hername .Nerlishka Soto thanks a lot for your kindness and courtesy .

El lugar tiene una decoración muy bonita y llamativa pero con muchas áreas en construcción. Le hace falta un poco más de limpieza al igual que en las esquinas de la habitación se ven sucias.

This hotel has much potential. It is obvious that the new management is trying to make it special. We found a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room on Valentine’s Day. Had issues with the AC but the manager was attentive and tried to take care of it right away. Can’t wait to come back to see how it has improved! Fun deco!
