FREE reserved off-street parking and a fast-speed Wi-Fi.
A beautiful Italianate-style building built in the mid-1800s.
Location is very convenient! everything, just a 5 minutes' walk to East End‘s Ft. Allen Park, along the entrance of the harbor, and to view Casco Bay.
Many restaurants and coffee shops are within a 5-10 minutes' walk.
Please note our property access by stairs.

Property was just as described. It was within easy walking distance to the Old Port area, which we really appreciated! Maranet was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for my adult children (19 y/o son and 22 y/o daughter). We especially loved the room on the roof. It was the perfect place to read a book and enjoy the views! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Munjoy Hill was the perfect location to explore Portland. The stairs were steep but the widows watch was worth it. Such a great view of the Bay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.

The host is very accommodating. The neighborhood is most walkable and accessible to the Old Port and walking trails on the water. The unit and house are super clean and full of character, too.

Very friendly, helpful, and responsive hosts. Wonderful quaint neighborhood on a hill, easily walkable to beautiful views of harbor on Promenade, Old Port with its piers, ferries, and restaurants, yoga studio, and a coffee shop right around the corner. Everything was attractive, cozy, and functional in the apartment in a renovated historic building as described. There are truly 3 bedrooms with 3 roomy beds, unlike some listings that stretch the definition of 3 bedrooms a bit. Just be aware that there are steep stairs, no elevator, no dishwasher, and window units for air conditioning (not needed for our stay in early June).

Great location and Owner support

Maranet was a great owner, switching units with us when we asked for a change due to an access issue with my wife's mobility limitations. Both units were very clean, tastefully decorated, and had fully functional kitchens. We loved the location in terms of proximity to everything. We'll be back.
