The space
Wooded Wonderland offers guest with a clean and private environment. The property includes three bedrooms, we just added a theater room! We transformed our attached garage with heat and a ac unit a pullout couch to offer extra sleeping space. Four 75inch tvs for our guests to enjoy a movie or catch the game on a 150”screen modern kitchen, two full bathrooms, two patios, and televisions in each bedroom and living room. A pool and hot tub and we also have a 9hole miniature golf for our guests to enjoy. Hot tub and miniature golf is year round. Pool is seasonal.

The property includes three bedrooms, theater room with sofa bed . 2 queen beds in the upstairs bedroom. queen bed in the bedroom downstairs and a king suite with a king bed. Each bedroom also has spacious walk-in closets. This house provides guest with four televisions, a 70 inch (living room), 60 inch (king suite), and a 50 inch flat screen (downstairs bedroom), 40 inch in upstairs bedroom for guests to use for their entertainment. Our movie room offer guests with four 75inch televisions for guests to enjoy movies and sports on 150”screen

This property has a fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen offers clean operating appliances such as, a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, dish washer, and toaster oven. To enjoy meals guest have plenty of options! Located in kitchen, are two barstools. The dining room table, that comfortably seats 8 people, is located next to the kitchen as well. Lastly guest can enjoy their meal in the living room at the high top table that fits two.

Guests have access to two bathrooms. One restroom located in the hallway, opposite the front door, and another located in the master suite. Each bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Both bathrooms have extra toiletries that’s guests have full access to.

The cozy living room comfortably seats 5 people on the leather reclining couch and love seat. In the living room, guests also have the ability to watch movies on the 70 inch flat screen television. For guests who enjoy the out doors, the side patio with a table and two chairs can be reached through the door located in the living room.

A designated work station is available for guest to use, located in the dining area of the home.

For guest who enjoy being in nature, Wooded Wonderland is surrounded by trees and a beautiful front and backyard. The backyard is fenced in and provides privacy for guests. The side patio also has two chairs and a table for those who like to soak up the sun! For extra privacy, guests can use the privacy screen that comes with the patio. Wooded Wonderland includes a fire pit table on the back deck that seats 6 guests. the property also offers a pool and a hot tub and miniature golf. Or maybe you want to fire up the grill and sit at the picnic bench.The front yard has much greenery and a driveway the fits 6 vehicles.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the extension part of the home the owners do reside in the extension part of the home. owners have their own private entrance to enter the extension part of the house. They will enter the extension from the back deck. guests do have full privacy and guests do not share no area in the house with the owners. The owners have their own private entrance to the extension. Guests does not have to interact with owners .. . Guest have access to the kitchen, three bedrooms, the upstairs, two restrooms, living room, side patio . the back deck, hot tub, pool, washer and dryer, located in the garage, and dining room.The driveway can fit 6 cars. the owners does park on the right side of the driveway and we ask guests not to park on the right side of the driveway .
