Contemporary chalet bathed in light located in a pretty wooded area, in Mansonville, in the magnificent region of Estrie, destination of choice !

Located near several must-see attractions, including Mount Owl's Head, it offers all the space you need for your getaways with family or friends.

Come and fill up on nature in complete privacy in this private and very comfortable place. A real factory of memories!



The ground floor includes an open area that includes the kitchen - with its large island and its butler's pantry -, the dining room and the living room, the three spaces being bathed in natural light!

The gas fireplace with its galvanized steel covering gives a spectacular effect to this room! Two bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower complete this floor.

On the garden level, there is the family room and its pool table, two other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer area.

Outside, you will find a large furnished and partly covered terrace on the ground floor and a spa area on the garden level.

Outside, a large furnished terrace — partly covered — welcomes you on the main level, while the garden level features a spa that naturally becomes the gathering spot after a day of activities.

A little further on, an outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs invite you to stretch out the evening by the flames.

Guests have access to the entire chalet and property. A Level 2 charging station for electric vehicles is also available on-site.

Downtown Mansonville is an 11-minute drive, Spa Bolton is 6 minutes away, and both La Fusée convenience store and Le Bolton restaurant are just 3 minutes from the chalet.

For groceries and everyday errands, a car is required.

Family Gathering in the Woods

I grew up in Quebec with a cabin in the woods. I wanted a place where I could recreate the same experience for my California kid (8 years old), and a space to celebrate my mother turning 80. The chalet was suitable for both of these. I was able to smell the Boreal forest, and bathe in it outside, but also while being in the kitchen/living space. The big great windows allowed us to be surrounded by the trees. My kid was able to catch toads, garter snakes, and observe at least a dozen variety of mushrooms. Everyone had plenty of space! We found everything we needed - thin blankets, games, extra towels... We loved the pool table. To change things up, we drove around to Magog, and stopped to visit the Abbeye in St-Benoit-du-Lac. All good diversions. The spa was clean and enjoyable as well.

Beautiful house!

Loved the property inside and outside! Big windows looking into the trees, big kitchen and dining table to dine with friends and family. Quality furniture and two big bathrooms. We enjoyed the outside spa and big outdoor spaces. We highly recommend.

Christmas Vacation

The chalet was absolutely perfect for our 7 adult family. Everyone had their own bedroom with a window and the 2 bathrooms were perfect. There was lots of room for everyone. The hot tub, pool table and outdoor ladder toss game provided some great times together. The spacious kitchen with great table was perfect for many meals, card games and doing puzzles. We so appreciated the extra touches of a Christmas tree, Christmas cushions and wreath on the door to great us. The property is very private with no views of neighbours. Beautifully nestled in the woods. And although we didn’t use it the outdoor firepit with wood and chairs was really lovely. The Management company was available at all times to answer any questions we had before, during and after our stay. Its proximity to 4 ski hills was the draw for us. However we only skied twice due to weather. We did enjoy exploring nearby quaint towns and hiking some nearby We would highly recommend this property.
