The Space:

Designed with gathering in mind, the home features comfortable indoor living spaces and an impressive outdoor entertaining area complete with an outdoor kitchen, propane grill, bar seating and big-screen TV. A large pass-through window connects the kitchen directly to the patio bar, making it easy to enjoy Prescott's beautiful weather while cooking and spending time together.



Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances, a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. You'll also find cookware, dishes, utensils, basic spices and oils.



Primary Bedroom:

Located on the main floor, the spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.



Second Bedroom:

This memorable bedroom features a queen bed uniquely suspended from the ceiling with decorative chains, adding a fun and distinctive touch to the home.



Third Bedroom:

The third bedroom offers another comfortable queen bed.



Bathrooms:

The home has two bathrooms, including the private primary ensuite and a second hallway bathroom. Bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer are provided.



Outdoor Living:

One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor entertaining space. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, patio bar, propane grill and big-screen TV—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon BBQ or an evening spent relaxing together.

Prescott is known as "Everybody's Hometown" and offers something to enjoy year-round, from festivals and live music downtown to hiking, mountain biking, lakes, Jeep tours and horseback riding throughout the surrounding area.



Getting Around:

Downtown Prescott and the Courthouse Square are easily accessible on foot from the home. A vehicle is recommended for exploring destinations outside the downtown area, including Watson and Willow Lakes, Thumb Butte, Granite Dells and the surrounding Prescott National Forest.

The outdoor patio and furniture are cleaned between stays. Because of Prescott's changing seasons, wind, pollen and surrounding vegetation, some natural outdoor debris may accumulate between cleanings.



Reservation alteration requests should be submitted at least 14 days before the original arrival date and are subject to approval.
