Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. There are a couple uneven steps between the main house and the guest house Additionally, there is Internet with included Wifi, a Smart TV in the main house and guest house. There is fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove over oven in the main house .

Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

This house was so cute. The only thing I would mention is that it sits up on a hill that may be steep for some people who may be walking to and from the Courthouse. The beds were comfortable and everything seemed to work well within the home. Todd was responsive and handled checkin and checkout professionally. Good little place to stay in Prescott.

Location was very convenient. Excellent place for two couples to stay. Everything for the kitchen and the bath and any kind of cleanup, including laundry was available. Only thing we needed were groceries. We were blessed with watching a hummingbird build a nest under the eve of the main house out the kitchen window.

Great dog-friendly house in Prescott! Very close to the plaza - walking distance to so many great places. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere all weekend! The set up of the house - with 1 bedroom and bath in the main house, along with a spacious living room, and then the separate casita with the other bed and bath made for a perfect space for two couples to both have time together, and time to relax alone.

Property was clean and just a couple blocks from the courthouse and Whiskey Row. It would be a good location if you want separation between the adults and the kids because the second bedroom is in the detached converted garage. The uneven concrete between the structures could be a hazard for the elderly. If you choose to park in the designated parking, it would be good to have a car cover. The neighbor’s tree drops indestructible sap on your car. We still have not found anything that will clean it off. There wasn’t any condiments in the fridge so we had to immediately pick up simple things like mustard and ketchup etc.

This is a charming home in the beautiful Nob Hill neighborhood. It’s the perfect location to walk to Whiskey Row, the courthouse area and even to the Elks Theatre. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
