Friendly staff, but the room could have been cleaner. The bedside tables were sticky. The mattress was uncomfortable, the sheets were rough, the AC unit was really loud, and the towels were thin and scratchy. For being over $100 per night, we expected better.

Ok place for one night

We were looking for a place to spend the night outside of Las Vegas so that we could get an early start the next day. This place fit the bill but boy is it rundown and almost empty when we were there. The room and its facilities are ok and mostly clean but much of the building is in need of a lot of repairs and a general sprucing up. We did decide

Made a reservation on Expida for a king size non-smoking room…they gave a room with two queen beds instead, because hardly anyone was there (about 10 people) and they wanted us grouped on one floor in the same spot. Why reserved a king size bed on Expida if the hotel’s not going to honor it? Then the power in the entire hotel went out for about an hour thirty minutes after checking in. Not very fun… The place is a ghost town…i can see why…I’m surprised it’s not gone out of business…

Quick one night stopover. Negative: Old property, outdated room, one lamp in room didnt work, no USB plug ins in room, shower head leaked. Picture of room when booking looked nothing like what I was given. Positive: Room was quiet and hotel staff were very pleasant, free parking.

Serviceable for a one night stay after a long drive before heading out in the morning. We weren't expecting much, as the area itself has all but dried up. Dated property, dated rooms, attractions and decorations not kept up, and limited options for anything else to do besides gamble and there was very limited food options past 8pm.

In room there was not enough towels for 4 people. Then had to call house keeping 3 times to get tehm. Then when they did bring towels they had informed me they were short in handtowels & washcloths. The Arena for the concert was good.

My room was not clean I called and asked for clean lining for my bed Sheets had stains and hair and the restroom was dirty and it had one face towel two dry towels and one hand towel and a rug there was two guests in a room I asked for more towels never received them phone dirty and furniture dirty nothing wiped off

The registration line was ridiculously long, over 50 people--so long & extremely slow-moving that I became DISGUSTED & decided to go elsewhere, eating the money I'd already shelled out. Also, I plain didn't like the look of the place.

Rooms had everything we needed minus a mini fridge for perishables. Staff was mostly friendly. Website does not line up with what’s actually open at the casino/hotel. Only place to eat was dennys and the wait for food was insane! Pool is only open 12-8pm which we couldn’t find out till we got there so the kids were able to swim. Provably wouldn’t go back till this place turned itself around
