This attractive apartment belongs to a luxurious condominium complex called "Los Palmares" located on the south shore of Puerto Vallarta, just at 6 km from the center of this famed Mexican town, and above the beautiful white sand beach of Playa Blanca where you can enjoy romantic walks or dip into the crystal-clear warm ocean water of the bay.

You can enjoy your stay at a this 3 bedroom, 4 bathrooms condo with 2,200 square foot of luxury living fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, blender etc) with modern appliances, plasma TV's, WiFi, laundry (washer-dryer), concierge and optional services including a housekeeper, chef, nanny and masseuses.

The Los Palmares condominium development offers all the amenities you can imagine, a gym, guest laundry services at the pool level, outdoor common BBQ area to use as well as a large palapa-covered common area, WIFI in all the common areas, luggage dropoff for early or late arrivals and departures, and free parking on the premises.

It has easy access to the large infinity pool, the spa and the children’s shallow pool since it is on the 2nd floor. Just a few steps below the pool you can enter to the beach and blue Pacific waters of the Bahia de Banderas. The walk-in is gradual and a great place for wading, swimming, and surfing. In the mornings and evenings, the pelicans circle and fish for hours along with those guests who want to try their luck. And then there’s that amazing sunset to enjoy from your front row seat of one of your private decks.

In addition to all of this, there is a restaurant and the use is limited to only owners and their guests. It is open 7:30 am to 3:30 pm daily serving very nice complete breakfasts, diverse lunches and cocktails and other beverages. It is open-air and located just above the pool in a lovely Mexican palapa.

Each bedroom is large and there is plenty of floor space and an open-feeling. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own insuite full bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided. A laundry/utility room is also included in the wonderful design of this condo. The main living area is open and airy. The terrace is the perfect place for sunbathing, dining and watching the incredible views of the beach.
