Welcome to Casa Alegre!

Make this your private Happy Place where you enjoy the airy, bright, fully furnished and air conditioned beachfront ocean view unit on the third floor of a beautiful ocean front building that is now available for rent.

This ocean view beachfront condo is almost 1430 sq ft with all the amenities that travelers would need. The unit has two bedrooms. Large Master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed, modern furnishings and with an attached bathroom. The master has views of the ocean and the plaza and mountains in the back of the building. Master has its own air-conditioner in the bedroom.

The Second bedroom has two single beds and access to the other full bathroom.

The unit has abundant storage with plenty of closet spaces in the master and the second bedroom as well in the living room.

Both rooms are furnished with TVs. Living room has a large screen TV and has TV service for your entertainment when you want to relax inside the unit.

The kitchen is completely upgraded and fully equipped with a gas stove for the gourmet cook and has abundant storage for all the necessities for your cooking needs.

The balcony is very large with extensive views of the ocean and Lazaro Cardenas Park. Balcony is ideal for sitting and relaxing, entertaining and enjoying your meals outside. It is perfect spot for enjoying the famous Puerto Vallarta sunset and the vistas.

This unit is very airy and large with a total area of 1430 sq. ft. with an abundance of light as well as a nice breeze from the ocean.

Property is perfect for a couple or a couple with two children.

Some unique advantages of the property are:
1. Located in the heart of the Romantic Zone and is within walking distance of all the major restaurants.
2. Daiquiry Dick's & Coco Tropical are within a stone's throw from the condo. Enjoy happy hour at Coco Tropical and walk over to Daiquiry Dick's for a sumptuous evening meal.
3. Building has a bank downstairs to easily access ATM for money needs.
4. Guests have access to twice weekly maid service for no additional charge
5. Pool onsite on the bottom floor
6. 24 hour guards
7. Building completely secured with access gates in the front and the back of the building
8. Access to a private beach belonging to the condominium complex
9. Free calls to USA & Canada with MagicJack that has been already installed. Calls to Mexico can be made using Telmex
10. Purified water is served from the tap in the kitchen
11. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine and your favorite snacks
12. All the linens and towels have been provided in the unit and are washed regularly by the twice a week maid-service during the high season which is usually from October 15th to April 14th and once a week in the low season which is usually between April 15th to October 14th.
13. The location of the condo itself is absolutely amazing with the building being beachfront and located on Calle Olas Altas. Given this location, there is no need to have a car. Instead you can walk to any restaurants and local Oxxo at any time of the day.

Great location in the Romantic Zone

We were pleased with the size of the condo and its location in the Romantic Zone. We didn't care or the beds but we happy to have two separate bedrooms as we both became ill and were able to isolate from each other. Condo is a bit dated and could use some updating, kitchen was ok but didn't have all the items my wife required to cook certain foods. The balcony was great except for the phone and power lines blocking the view.

Loved the location of the property. Check in was very smooth. Unit was roomy for 4 adults and a baby. Communication prior to arrival was also helpful. Lots of small touches in unit - for example beach towels and chairs, hand soap, coffee filters - those little things that make a difference! Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. For us it was all about the location! We were just steps from the beach and had access to several restaurants nearby.The reason for only 4 stars was because we originally had some issues communicating with the property manager, but the issue was resolved fairly easily.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in/out was simple and quick. Property is exactly as presented. Even better. Listening to the sounds of street performers on the balcony made evenings relaxing and the pool with easy access to the beach made the sun filled days a breeze. Everything (I do mean EVERYTHING) is within easy walking distance. Wonderful restaurants, fun bars, street shopping and higher end shopping, and groceries. Even the hospital for our covid tests. The only downfall was Daquiri Dicks, just below the condo, was closed for remodeling but we had plenty of other places to choose from. Highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Loved everything about this place.

Owner was helpful and responsive. Alfredo was very welcoming and resolved maintenance issue within a few hours of my reporting it. Clean, comfortable unit as pictured and described. Staff and tenants were great to interact with. Our favourite location next to the hustle bustle of town yet quiet and relaxing pool and beach. We hope to return soon.

The condo was a delight! I couldn't be more pleased with everything. The owner, Dibas Chandra, was super-helpful and the property manager Alfredo was just wonderful! Okay, specifics: the location? Amazing. The condo is literally right above Daiquiri Dick's (drink there, eat there, treat those people right, because they are lovely people). The view is just ridiculous. Just beautiful. Every morning, we sat on the balcony looking at the beauty of this wonderful town. Watching people walking dogs, and just happily living. Beautiful. From this location, you are withing walking distance of the best that the area has to offer. We spent virtually no money on cabs this trip, because everything was well within distance to walk. La Palapa. The Blue Shrimp (right downstairs, across the way from Dick's). Mi Pueblito (great lunch). Up the street from the beach is Lix, the best ice cream ever! Okay, now the beach: yes, if you stay here, you just go downstairs, walk through the pool area (try out the pool; delightful), and you are right at the beach. The condo has umbrellas reserved for them, or you can step a few feet to your right and get Dick's food service. We did both in the time that we were there. Both were perfect. The beach is beautiful. The water was wonderful. The room: wow, again! The decor is very authentic, and I would wager that some of the decorations are from a store right downstairs. The rooms are spacious. The place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I cannot think of a bad thing in that entire place. We didn't cook this time, but next time, we will consider, as there was a spacious kitchen. Give this location a shot next time. Not only will you love it, you will want to come back to it again just to feel this close to heaven.

GREAT condo !!!

We loved our three weeks in this fantastic condo. Well equipped unit, with everything we could need. The wrap-around balcony was a perfect place for people-watching on the Malecon and park, as well as gorgeous ocean views. Owner and agent very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning this nice unit.

Location location location

I cannot say enough positive things about the owner, Diabas and management team. We stayed for three months and every, even litttle thing like a light bulb burning out was fixed immediately. And the location...oh my, it is out the door to everywhere. ( one draw back... very close to an incredible French bakery and an artisanal ice cream store. 😂) the apartment is as shown in pictures, new kitchen, great pool, very secure, everything was great. We will definitely be renting here again. Thanks for letting us share your home.
