We never had the breakfast, it seemed expensive. There is a little restaurant with a great cafe shop down the street. We ate breakfast there a couple time and the marina. Staff were great very helpful, bed was comfortable, rooms were clean and well kept same with the grounds. Beach and pools were nice.

Excellent service from Cesar! Very knowledgeable and professional. Super helpful and considerate. He speaks excellent English. He the type of employee I would promote to management. Jesus was very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing. Very large, clean and comfortable. We definitely need to come back. Super giant and gorgeous pool. Private beach. Excellent restaurant with very delicious food. Great service from Isaias, Antonio and Deman!

Not really a convenient area if you want to hang out in zona romantica or central. Taxi or Uber will cost around $12 . It's close to airport and if u want to hang out there. Overall it's ok

Staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. Food at the pool bar/restaurant was better than the main restaurant in our opinion, just wish it stayed open later. Service was slow at the main restaurant. Wish there was a hot tub, there was a jacuzzi looking tub attached to the pool but it was the same temp as the pool. Rooms could use updating, the soaking tub on the deck could use an update as well. Was a good experience for the cost overall.

Very Clean Resort. All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd time going to Club Regina and still love it. Bell boy Alberto was always so friendly and good for asking questions about anything needed. Our family of 4 will definitely be going back again at some point.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP. We were shown to 2 rooms, which were both MOLD INFESTED and unbreathable. We decided to leave to save our lungs and health and the resort has refused a refund. The customer service is beyond HORRIBLE. DON'T WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING PROPERTY.
