Our room was dirty, the sheets smelled, pillow cases has stained on them or it was dirty. The room smelled. We asked if we can switch to a new room, they did not switch us. They gave us complimentary breakfast but why when breakfast is already included with our stay? We ended up booking a new room somewhere else & wasted the money we booked here.

The first day the floor wasn't clean. A lot of hair was on the floor. Maybe they hadn't much time to clean. From the second day on it was good. The staff at Marriott was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plenty and good. The pool was clean. Sometimes at night it was a bit noisy with the Mexican people. The air-conditioning worked well. For longtime stay I would prefer a coffeemaker.

Desafortunadamente fue un estancia nada agradable, no pudimos descansar reportamos la velocidad de el aire acondicinado estaba a tope hacia muchisimo ruido , nos dijeron que era normal teniamos tres habitaciones en dos era la misma situacion no se podia regular , nos quedamos 3 días despertando cansados de no poder dormir, ya habiamos Venido antes, el servicio y calidad definitivamente A bajado mucho, hay mucha gente poco staff, el que se lleva la estrella a la mala atencion es Fernando Bartender de la alberca de arriba muchacho morenito de pelo corto, con su pesima actitud creo que no tiene las hailidades para ofrecer servicio al cliente, habia recomendado este destino a muchos amigos por mis experiencias anteriores, creo que hoy con tristeza no volveria, ya no es el lugar de relajación y excelente servicio que me trajo en mi primer experiencia, hoy en dia es un servicio deficiente y generico demeritando totalmente el entorno y calidad que tenian en un inicio!
