Location was great and staff was supper friendly and helpful, my only down fall is the lack of details when you book. Hotel was all-inclusive but when we got to hotel the package only has one restaurant included. Other restaurants are not included. Beverage choice is also limited. Pool was under renovation and we could only use it during our last day big down fall.

This hotel is very well located in la zona Romantica de Puerto Vallarta which is in the old authentic PV. This area feels like a village. With a beautiful beach front offering frandiose view of the entire bay. Playa les Arcos is a quaint hotel and has nothing to do with the style, oversized and remote modern resort that lined the coast farther north or south of PV. A great place to spend quality vacation among the locals!
