"Room was spacious and location excellent. We did have someone wander into our room at 1am one night but they quickly left. Concerning their key worked. Disappointed the hotel bar had very limited hours. Resort fee but no resort amenities! Super disappointed to be charged $4 a bag to store our luggage the day we left. Have stayed in other hotels in NYC and it’s always been complimentary!"

"Under interior construction on lobby floor which was a little inconvenient and loud at times. Elevator system was terribly slow during peak check-in hours. Excellent hotel, excellent free breakfast, clean modern rooms. Will definitely stay again once construction is complete. "
