This was my first time booking a room with a city view and it was the best! Reception was welcoming and the baked cookie was a nice bonus of sweetness to my stay. It's really the little things like this that make the pleasantries so appealing. The rooms are spacious enough with designated desk area. There is neither a microwave nor refrigerator in the room, but there are plenty of places around to get delicious food. Although on Sundays, things close early.

I was told I could request an early check in. Requested morning of our flight still told available. Went to the hotel and has to wait 3 hours for a room. When arriving in our room flood was stick, toilet not clean, flying bugs in our bathroom the entire stay. Absolutely disgusting that Hilton has their name associated with this hotel.

Great-size room for NYC standards—clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion) all smelled amazing and left my skin feeling balanced, not too dry or oily. The bed sheets were clean, and the room had plenty of towels. I also liked the layout; the built-in fridge inside the desk was a nice touch. There was good closet and drawer space as well. The TV offered a solid selection of channels along with access to streaming services (you do have to sign into your own accounts). Hotel staff were friendly, and the lobby was clean, stylish, and had free water along with snacks available for purchase. The only downside is that for a hotel with so many floors, I wish there were more elevators—during peak times, the wait can get a little long. I didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but there’s a Starbucks just a few minutes away where I grabbed my morning coffee and sandwich. The complimentary warm cookie was definitely a plus. Hope this helps!
