Spectacular location, immediately facing the Chateau Frontenac. All aspects of Vieux Quebec are walkable in context of Carnivale, and also for all of the historic sites of interest. Superb staff, and property was very clean and well cared for. Lovely ambience.

Just okay.
Great location, convenient to everything in old city. However, the heat went out our last night and there was a pillow with mold/stain on it. Also if you are plus sized person or taller than 6 feet, you might find it difficult to use the tiny toilet.

I would say this is definitely an average hotel but the location and parking is excellent - I would stay again just for the ease of the hotels parking lot alone. I do not recommend staying on the third floor for anyone not capable of walking up a steep stairway with their bags - a bit of a workout! Something to note: Breakfast is NOT included as a couple of the reviews that I read mentioned, it is an additional fee per person.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good and so convenient. Our room had a view of Chateau Frontenac and had a great tub and shower. The hotel's location is close to many shops, restaurants, cafes, and historic buildings. It's a short walk to Frontenac and great views of the St Lawrence River. We will be staying here again when we return in the future. Highly recommended.

Romantic Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful and comfortable room with a view of the Chateau Frontenac during and after a big snowstorm. Great location with quick access to old Quebec and a bevy of restaurants and cafes nearby. Recommend you organize parking in advance (extra daily cost) which was conveniently located in a covered parking garage a few minutes walk away.
