I never had a check in like this. Was welcome in the parking was offer to carry my luggage and finalize the parking logistic. The location and rhe room was excellent. Staff very attentive to our need. Only drawback the tv did not have the cable but streaming. Was unable to watch the Jays, (but they lost) so was not a big deal.

This hotel has good and bad. We booked 10 months in advance but we got a room facing a gas station directly above the trash storage area for the in-house restaurant. The area was frequented by a rotating cast of homeless beggars and uber drivers waiting for their next fare. 7:00 am garbage pickup is a bonus. Units on the other side of the building, however, got views of a small plaza, the Hotel -de-Ville and glimpses of the marina. The restaurant Louise was wonderful.

Wonderful 3 days prior to cruise. This was an easy walkable area. Very convenient for the cruise port. Staff was excellent and friendly. Lots of restaurants close by.

This is probably the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in as far back as we can remember. The room was large and immaculate even had heated bathroom floor. If you are taking a cruise the ship is just a short walk away. Highly recommend,
