We booked this hotel, based on the fact that it had a pool and a hot tub. When we got to the hotel to check and realized that both were under maintenance. At the time of booking it did not state that only after we reserve the room in the small print.

Il y a avait une drôle d'odeur dans la chambre et de la moisissure autour des fenêtres. Chambre vieillotte. Malheureusement, les glissades n'étaient pas disponibles lors de notre séjour.

The staff at the Wyndham Quebec City were very polite and courteous. They accommodated my two children and two dogs. The breakfast buffet had more variety than we expected. My children loved the pool and the water slide. The adults loved the hot tub.
