Check in was excellent. Room thermostat was not working properly. Room was warmer than ideal - even while set to 66. Proximity to the Santander Arena was perfect. Parking was ample. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Service was OK (hostess great, server OK).

This hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very outgoing and pleasant. We had dinner at the lounge and went back at night for a bowl of ice cream and chocolate martini. I highly recommend.

First time staying at this hotel in Reading, PA. It was a little jarring being ao close to a university and seeing so few people after sundown -- something to consider if you're not from the area and staying during the week (as opposed to a weekend). Welcoming staff and a great property otherwise. Try to remember NOT to pay for parking in the garage when you're checking in!

Things my go-to hotel, whenever I come to Reading. For 1… the warm cookies are to die for. Check in is so easy. Breakfast OMG 10/10 and only $15-17 (make sure to stop at the omelette table) room is clean and it’s always a vibe.
