Family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms centrally located in Reykjavik. Quiet neighborhood with shops and bus stops close by. Free private parking.
The apartment has a private entrance and is on three floors.
Ground floor: Large entry, bathroom and separate washing room.
1st floor: Large kitchen and living room area. Balcony from the living room.
2nd floor: 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. Small balcony from one of the bedrooms.
In front of the house is a small private porch and space for parking 2 cars. From the washing room there is an exit to the backyard which keeps litterbins.
