We chose the hotel because it had a 3-star Expedia rating. We were disappointed and would not give it more than 2 stars. Overall, the room was clean, and bed was clean and comfortable. However, it had stained curtains, and rail seemed to be Brocken. peeling paint in bathroom, some dents on the wall, rough patches, cracked, dirty bathroom door, no shampoo, cheap hand and body bar of soap and worn sink and bathtub.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding my recent stay at Terrace Inn Suites from 9/3/25 to 9/22/25. I woke up with multiple bites on my body (see attached photos). I raised this with the property, but their only response on 9/23/25was that they “checked the bed.” That does not change the fact that I suffered bites during my stay. I have one on the back of my neck where my hair is located. I am requesting a full refund of my stay and compensation for the damages. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this through Hotels.com, my bank, and the local health department

Outdated and no so good condition

We traveled to drop our daughter there, this placed it wouldn't be considered a hotel, but in and out motel, I was very disappointed of it, I expected more for the price per night, didn't have any amenities only parking. I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry
