Recently renovated and furnished with modern, high-quality materials, the apartment combines comfort and style with a touch of originality thanks to the exposed wooden beam ceilings. With an enviable central location and the Spagna metro stop (line A) just a 10-minute walk away, it is the ideal base for exploring the Eternal City.


The apartment, approximately 75 square meters, is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Modern Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining, including a MOKA, toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The induction cooktop is integrated into the central peninsula, which serves both as a preparation area and a dining area. The peninsula is not only a work surface but also a space where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals. It features comfortable stools that allow you to sit and eat informally and relaxed, making every meal a convivial moment. Ideal for quick breakfasts, light lunches, or dinners with friends, the peninsula offers practicality and comfort.
Triple Bedroom: This spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to three people. The room is very bright thanks to two large windows that offer a view of the quiet main street. There are bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe for storing your personal belongings, and a smart TV for your entertainment.
Double Bedroom: This elegant room is furnished with two modern bedside tables fixed to the wall and equipped with overhead lights, and a large wardrobe for adequate storage of clothes and personal items. The cozy and intimate environment is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.
Bathroom: The bathroom, furnished with high-quality sanitary ware, includes a toilet, bidet, shower, sink with mirror, hairdryer, and a courtesy set. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience.

Additionally, the house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, an ironing board and iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and dryer, ensuring all your needs are met. The apartment also features a summer air conditioning system and autonomous heating with a boiler to guarantee a comfortable stay in any season. Upon request, a crib can be added for an additional €10 per day. To offer maximum flexibility, we provide a self check-in service that allows guests to arrive and depart according to their needs.
