An excellent apartment! Very close to colosseum by foot!! Very cute, very clean, makes you feel special to be there. Beds are all comfortable even the couch bed! Has everything we needed even a water boiler, refrigerator, a coffee maker, coffee and all the plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses and utensils! This place is close to good restaurants and just across the street from the best gelato we had in Rome!! I cannot thank Francesca enough for the attention to detail. I went with my parents who are in their 70s and they felt very comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more!
I wish I would’ve taken more pictures but this will give you a taste of the attention to detail. Also the photos on the Vrbo website don’t do it justice!

We had a great stay at Cozy Rome. The space is small but perfectly adequate for a family, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The water was always hot, and the air conditioning was a huge plus after long, hot days exploring Rome. The location is excellent—close to great dining, shopping, and major attractions, making it very convenient to get around. It was also easy to find and access. The owner was fantastic, with clear and consistent communication before and throughout our stay, and was attentive to any needs we had. Overall, a very enjoyable and stress-free stay—we would definitely recommend it.
