Daplace Allegra Apartment accommodates up to 13 guests in its bright, recently renovated spaces on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator.

The living room is the heart of the home: a cosy, intimate space, perfect for relaxing, complete with a Smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it ideal for remote work.

Kindly note that the living room is a cosy space and may not comfortably accommodate all 13 guests at the same time.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, induction stove, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses. It also includes a spacious dining table, that comfortably seats up to 11 guests. - The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building.

- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time in order to better organise check-in.

- Copies of identity documents must be provided prior to arrival.

- Parties are not allowed inside the apartment.

- Smoking is not allowed. Animals are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Please note that parking in the area can be challenging; we recommend using public transportation or nearby paid parking facilities.

- The simultaneous use of several electrical appliances may, in some cases, cause a temporary interruption of the power supply. We therefore invite you to use them carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
