The service by staff at this hotel was exceptionally good. There was a woman at the front desk who gave me advice on where to go and how to get there each morning. Housekeeping did a great job. My room was nicely laid out with wood paneling and artwork. The bathroom is very clean and the shower worked perfectly. There is a grocery store just a block away and many options for laundry in the immediate vicinity. The area seems quite safe yet it's not far from the train station. This is truly a good option if you're thinking spending any time in Rome.

We did not have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that but the hotel was nice. The people were polite. The rooms were clean, compact but enough space to be comfortable.

Good location, fairly close to train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the roof top terrace after a day of sightseeing in the city. The breakfast was a bit pricey. Overall a good stay.

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Reception staff were incredibly helpful. A couple of good food options close by. Termini Station is a 5-10 minute walk and there is a Metro Station just around the corner (2 mins)

Clean, friendly hotel in a handy location

Room view not inspiring. Overlooked by residential flats but quiet enough. Housekeeping wasn’t always consistent in detail but always very clean. Staff friendly enough. As a vegan the availability of Soya milk was appreciated. Just have to ask. The shower was probably one of the best we’ve had in any hotel. The tea-making facilities were good but the instant coffee……ugh!! All in all a pleasant stay in a clean hotel at a fair price point.

A really nice hotel in a lovely old building with the bonus of a good location. Convenient to Rome Termini station, where you can get metro, sightseeing buses and taxis. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had rooms in a separate part of the building but this was not an issue.

Room was nice and the bed was comfy. Very close to the train station and about a 30 minute walk to some of the main attractions. Breakfast was very average. We were also put up in a room that wasn’t part of the main hotel, which meant that we had to leave our rooms, come down the stairs, leave the building, enter the main building, and go back up the stairs (and vice versa).

Very professional and competant 24/7 staff. They were happy to help with any questions. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. I was also very grateful they obliged willingingly for me to leave bags in a separate secure area after checking out. The accomodation is split between 2 premises, a few doors from the main reception. I wasnt aware of this when I booked and initially felt a little removed from the 24/ 7 security. However, this proved to be of no concern. I didnt have breakfast so cannot comment. I didnt use the rooftop area as this was located in the main building. The beds were very comfortable. A fridge and kettle were very appreciated. The bathroom was well appointed and very clean. The cleanliness is rated very highly. The room faced a non descript courtyard and was extremely quiet with new soundproof windows. I loved the old world charm of the room and felt like I was in Rome when I woke up. Very easy to get to from the Rome Termini...either catch a train a few stops or a bus 2 stops...or walk..(.my bags were a bit large for me to do that). The access to train and buses connect you with all that is on offer in Rome...or a lovely walk into Rome central is also highly recommened.. ( which I did at 3pm on an August afternoon)...walking comfortably to St Maria Maggoire and then onto the Colloseum. I then caught the train from here back to the hotel. A well stocked supermarket was in short walking distance. I didnt eat out.All in all a great premises to begin y

Christine was super friendly and helpful. She helped us check in abd offerd nearby dining recommendations and bus option to FCO. Hotel air conditioning is very weak and it feels like it does not go below 24C during the day. Cleaning ladies were friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated.

Excellent breakfast buffet for the price. Our room was in the building 2 doors down from the front desk and breakfast room. There is a tiny old-style lift, helpful for transferring your luggage but otherwise we used the stairs. Many food options in the area and very easy walk to/from Roma Termini station.
